Bringing a wealth of experience to her role, for more than 25 years Jan Pearce has worked in finance and administration for businesses spanning everything from a local accountancy firm to one of the world’s largest American-owned computer services providers. 

Jan divides her free time between reading, shopping, relaxing at home and holidays in her current favourite destination, Dubai.

Esther Thewlis recently joined Keystone’s finance department after a position within the accounts team at a business in the building sector. She’s adapted well to her new role, and has quickly picked up invaluable insight into the healthcare recruitment sector.

Away from work Esther fills her time shopping, socialising and eating with friends, as well as tracking down bargain online holiday deals. Any leftover energy goes into keeping tabs on Suzy, the ever-demanding 10 year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier Esther shares with her partner.

Gemma Hayman gained a Business Studies and Marketing degree from Nottingham Trent University, before embarking on a six-month tour of South East Asia. Today she has three years of office experience behind her, gained working within sectors including IT, manufacturing and the NHS.

Away from the office, Gemma plays competitive badminton in both Huddersfield and Bradford leagues, and enjoys socialising with friends as well as a keen interest in art and design.
